I wanted you to know how impressed I am with the very low utility bills associated with heating and cooling my 300 3rd condo. It is almost 2000 sq with all glass and my bills are a quarter that of my 10 year old house, equivalent in size. I wanted to congratulate you for not cutting corners in that regard of construction as some builders/contractors do. Too bad this type of information isnʼt relayed in the articles about your work. I have mentioned this to the Arkansas Energy Office in hopes to get your construction methods recognized. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Not sure how MT does it but we are constantly amazed in the professionalism and dedication your employees show. Hello, I'm George Hirscheider from Little Rock, I live a stones throw from downtown and I really like the new developments coming to the city by MT. I took several pictures of the 300 Third Tower when I got a new camera because I like modern designing and one day want to be an architect. I'm 16 right now but I hope some day I can design good stuff too. I really look forward to seeing more stuff spring up in downtown because it's really needed in my opinion. Anyways both of you guys are really doing a good job and I hope in the future there's more stuff to see!
